Temps Plus W2 Printing Service

If you cannot (or do not wish to) print your own W2's, we offer a service to print them for you for $0.64 per W2, which includes an envelope, as well a summary report detailing each W2 printed and totals. We download your data, process the W2's, and ship them via UPS COD to you (shipping charges not included).

We assume your data is correct, and it is your responsibility to review and correct (if necessary) your data in advance.

We will call you to arrange the downloading of your data files (on a date after the last payroll for the year has been completed, closed, and reconciled).

You'll receive your completed W2's, at which point, all you do is stuff the W2's into the matching envelopes, and hand out, or mail to your employees.

Options:

$100.00 setup charge for each company code
$50.00 per SSA magnetic media diskette per company code
$250.00 per company code surcharge for versions older than Temps Plus v2
